	1962 Additional subsidiaries in Sweden, Spain and Switzerland expand the worldwide distribution network. 1963 For the first time, total unit production at the SOLO factory exceeds 100,000. 1964 During the course of the year, 63,000 motorized backpack mistblowers, over 10,000 sprayers and 43,000 chain saws are being shipped from our factory. Production capacity is enlarged with additional facilities in Haubersbronn, near Stuttgart. Another subsidiary is set up in Holland.
	1965 Formation of the company SOLO-MOTOR-WORKS in Accra / Ghana with the participation of the Government of Ghana. On March 3, 1965, President Dr. Kwame Nkrumah breaks the soil for a new SOLO factory building in Accra. Also established are subsidiaries in France and Belgium.
	1966 SOLO´s 100,000th power cultivator leaves the factory. With the SOLO COMBI equipment range, SOLO offers an attractive novelty for the home gardener. Another European subsidiary is set up in Bologna, Italy.
